Thanks Maree43. I believe that might of been my problem I did not restart for a couple of weeks. Does restarting mess with your Monday trades. I thought I read that when you start the bot it might not trade for 12 to 24 hrs. Thanks for your help

I don't believe it really takes that long to "read the market" myself fxpipin. ;)

Just do it soon after the market closes if you are concerned.

Hi Folks!

GREAT NEWS today from The Aslan Group!

FXDD is now part of The Rebate Plan now... for new accounts only but at least new clients can spark up their Paypal Accounts and earn extra money just for trading - win, lose or break even...

For more info,

Hello Chiche,

We closed our FXDD account because of it becoming part of the NFA regulations... but Hubby phoned FXDD with a question and it seems they are okay for certain types of trading... we trade a martingale bot on ours and have had no problems with the new NFA regulations... Megadroid should not be an issue because it enters into a single trade a night - the odd time 2 with the Aggressive and the Stealth activated...

May I suggest you contact FXDD and have them explain how their brokerage works now that they are NFA approved especially for US Residents since you live in NJ now...

Hope they can answer your questions in more detail...

Colleen ;)

PS - I had a Forex.com/UK account on the go with Megadroid earlier this year and it seemed to work out fine trading the bot... perhaps you might want to look into an account here - some of my US friends are using this broker too now...

I am running a 10K demo account at FXDD, with out of the box settings. Also running demos of 10K with out of the box settings at MIG and Gain Capital (forex.com)

The FXDD account is and has been doing phenomenal compared to the others. The others are good, but FXDD has significantly higher returns.

I am a newbie and probably will be for quite some time..

My question is, is FXDD possibly performing so well to entice me to open my account there and then it will all fall apart when I do? I wouldn't be opening a 10K account, but perhaps 2-3K.

The results are very encouraging, but I almost too good to be true!

Thanks,
R.

Hello Rapturewise,

FXDD for my account has been moved over to the Malta Office and Leverage is now at 200:1 at our request so we're happily trading other trading systems over there... May I suggest traders check with FXDD to see if they can move over to the Malta Office as well... the platform there is already better than the FXDD US platform... Contact FXDD Support and also send an email to support@fxdd.com.mt to verify that The Aslan Group is still signed up to your account if you are already signed up with The Aslan Group. British Columbia Residents can check with FXDD to see if their accounts can be moved also... I don't think US residents can go offshore to Malta with FXDD though due to US Regulations...

So Rapturewise, FXDD on a Live account - worked fine for me last year so I can only say for you to give it a try and see... You will need a minimum of $250 US to open a new account though and you do trade with lotsizes of .01 and up... If you want to take part in The Aslan Group's Rebate Plan, you'll have to sign up through FXDD/US as that's the only one I have a LINK for the IB to be initiated for... and then you'll have to transfer over to the Malta Office if you are able to...

Once you are signed up with FXDD Malta, simply send an email to them requesting a Leverage Increase to 200:1 if you like and make sure your The Aslan Group is listed onto your account...

Want to sign up with FXDD now? Here's The Aslan Group Link - https://fxdemo.fxdd.com/c/onlineregistr ... geId=en_US

Forex.com/UK worked well for me also $250 is the minimum for a MT4 Mini account which allows you to trade with smaller Micro lot sizes of .01 and up also... The Rebate Plan can be added by using The Aslan Group as the IB here also.

MIG I am currently using and I'm happy with it but startup is at $5,000 US and we do trade at .1 lotsize here... The Rebate Plan can be added by using The Aslan Group as the IB here as well...

So, it appears you need to "pick a broker" here... and choose the one that will work best for your portfolio... Check my WebSite http://WebStarts.com/colleensforex for more info about the Rebate Plan - FAQ.

Hello Folks!

BC Residents can apply at FXDD Malta - Here's The Aslan Group Link - https://fxdemo.fxdd.com/c/onlineregistr ... geId=en_US And once you are signed up with FXDD Malta, simply send an email to them requesting a Leverage Increase to 200:1 if you like and make sure The Aslan Group is listed onto your account as your IB...

$250 US to open an account and you will be trading at .01 lotsizes...

Hope this helps some BC residents out with finding a pretty good broker with FXDD Malta too!

US Residents can also sign up with FXDD Malta just not through an IB or Referring Broker at this time... time will tell on that though...

Cheers,

Colleen ;)

Hello Colleen,

I have been trading MD on FXDD US,
just read your comments about FXDD Malta is better platform than FXDD US,
can you elaborate more on this point ?
does FXDD Malta generate more frequent MD trades than FXDD US ?

also you mention leverage can be 200:1 , how does it benefit us ?
i am still new here thanks colleen

Hello paulusi,

I just prefer FXDD Malta better than the US branch of FXDD because it allows us more liberal trading with the NFA regulations of No Hedging and FIFO (First In First Out) rules US brokers need to impose on it's traders... FXDD Malta do not have the NFA regulation restrictions for No Hedging or FIFO in effect...

And FXDD Malta might offer better leverage - I'm not sure on the comparison between the two branches of FXDD - you might query this with a chat or email to FXDD to answer this question...

200:1 gives a trader more room to play than 100:1 does... just a preference traders have for a trading platform...

If you're happy with FXDD US - then it is a big reputable brokerage to trade with and if Megadroid 1.21 plays well for you, then it ain't broke and don't need fixin' is the expression, isn't it?

Cheers,

Colleen ;)
