Hubby's Hard Drive is Gone Now...
It bit the dust...
Things started slowing down over there and it took many attempts to load up his trading programs... we did receive a couple more of those UPS emails with the Tracking Code in the Attachment - if you do get those emails - DELETE THEM RIGHT AWAY - IT'S A TROJAN THAT SLOWS YOUR PC DOWN TO NOTHING ON YOU... my pc was in the shop in February because I inquisitively clicked the Tracking Code info and my pc started slowing right down to not being able to log in... Hubby deleted these 2 emails immediately upon checking his email but we thought this might have something to do with his troubles...
I said - Time to Call the PC Repair Guy!!! And it is close enough to his annual pc checkup at the shop time - once a year we like to bring our pcs in for a complete cleanup and checkup...
It's a 45 minute drive there and back = 90 minutes and then 30 minute consultation = 2 Hours at least to drop off the pc...
Oh and the laptop was having problems too - shutting down after a few hours...
2 days later - we had to drive down to the shop to pick up the laptop but the other pc was not quite ready yet... apparently it is something to do with the Hardware perhaps...
We do have an extra tower in the office and got his programs loaded up for this week though...
So I'm looking forward to another 2 hour drive to pick up the other pc when it's ready!
