
This is Gavin from The Aslan Group and I know that we have been the subject of some discussion already within this forum. I did want to make a couple of announcements as well as addressing a few of our more frequently asked questions.
First of all, we have changed our Rebate Program for our FXCM and FXCM-UK accounts effective June 1st. Here is how it will work going forward…
If you trade between 0 – 199.9 lots in a given month, your rebate will be 0.6 pips / lot
If you trade between 200 -399.9 lots in a given month your rebate will be 0.65 pips / lot
If you trade 400 lots or more in a given month your rebate will be 0.7 pips / lot
Quite honestly, we weren’t sure how we would fare in the “online world” as the type of marketing you typically see on the internet just isn’t us. Some would consider our business philosophy as very old-fashioned since we don’t have a lot of flash or “sizzle”.
Instead we focus on treating our clients well, exceeding their expectations and hoping that they in turn will tell others about our service.
The increase in rebates has everything to do with recognizing and rewarding our clients’ loyalty. Their efforts, testimonials and endorsements are key factors in our success and as we continue to grow so will the benefits to our clients.
Before moving on to our FAQ’s I do want to make one additional announcement.
We know the value of communities such as this one as a means of sharing ideas and information, and though we would like to spend a lot more time within these forums, we simply don’t have enough hours in the day.
We noticed however that one of our most loyal clients is very active in this and several other forums. She has shown a genuine commitment to her forex education and we have asked her if she would be willing to help us out.
Thankfully Colleen has agreed and we are deeply grateful.
Kevin had handled all of our correspondence on the FAP Turbo forum and he always felt bad when someone asked a question and it took a few days for him to respond. Through Colleen, we will have a much more consistent presence in the forums and hopefully questions/issues will be dealt with much more efficiently in spite of our personal time constraints.
So if you have a question pertaining to our Rebate Program or account opening/transfer procedures, Colleen will be able to assist you. If it’s a question, that she’s not able to answer, then she’ll let us know and we will deal with it ASAP.
